You encounter 3/4 of this list on a daily basis.
So what do they all have in common?
They all contain chemicals and toxins hazardous to our health.

“Over 80,000 chemicals have been introduced
into our society since 1900
and only 550 have been tested for safety.”
Most of these products we simply consider a part of our daily life,
but the truth is, they contain man-made chemicals
that alter our natural bodies.
Phthalates found in shampoos and conditioners, etc. are known to disrupt the endocrine system,
which is most detrimental in males, enabling their sperm
and chances of reproducing.
Many studies are now reporting its actually the ingredients in the sunscreen
that are causing the skin cancer, not the sun!
We lather ourselves with man-made sunscreen to “protect”
ourselves from the natural occurring sun,
that gives life to all of life!
Arsenic is a carcinogen and also an endocrine disruptor.
It is used in insecticides and weed killers,
and is found in poultry, grains, and seafood.
This heavy metal is naturally occurring but is most toxic in the inorganic form.
I am mentioning this toxin because while in Lake Tahoe,
my body started to rash.
I had been taking hot tubs daily,
so I assumed it to be the chemicals within the hot tub.
This is until Malcolm read about Arsenic in tap water.
Nevada has the highest output of Arsenic in its tap water
and we were in Lake Tahoe, Nevada!
Dry, red skin is a sign of arsenic poisoning,
which is obviously in the hot tub and shower I used daily.

Even coffee filters, toilet paper,
and tampons are bleached white.
Is this really necessary??

Simply walking into a store like Wal-Mart
my eyes instantly start to burn
because every single product in that store
contains a chemical or has been in contact with a chemical.
Therefore, we are essentially walking in a chemical lab without a mask.

What can we do about these chemicals and toxins?

First, become knowledgable and aware.

Next, there are always options,
some that our government doesn’t like to advertise.

Water filters can be placed on shower heads and faucets,
we can buy phthalate-free and paraben-free shampoo, conditioner, and lotions.

Choose organic cottons, fluoride-free toothpaste,
essential oils rather than Febreze,
eat grass-fed meat, and organic vegetables and fruits.

Also taking simply daily supplements will help our immune systems
fight against these daily exposures
and aid the body in its natural process of detoxification.

“What you put ON your body,
goes IN your body!”

These products look so innocent…..
but we know so little about what is inside the container…
