I think the biggest myth about living an organic lifestyle,
is that it costs more than a conventional lifestyle.
I am here to say,
IT IS NOT TRUE.
Of course if you eat every meal from the Dollar Menu at McDonald’s,
an organic lifestyle will cost more.
That’s quite obvious.
But healthy conventional food
versus healthy organic food have very comparable prices,
you just need to find the best stores with the best prices.
And that’s what I have done for you today.
I want to make it as easy as possible
for you to switch to an organic lifestyle.
Your body deserves real food.
Your children deserve to eat real food,
not the genetically modified, chemical-infused food
that is currently stocked on the grocery store shelves.
It’s not the same food we grew up on.
The same concept applies to our shampoo, conditioner,
lotion, dish soap, etc etc.
Most of the chemicals have not been tested for safety,
yet we use and ingest these chemicals daily!?!?
Our food and products have fallen so far away from nature….
I am not surprised at the cancer and disease rates in this country!
“If you cannot say the ingredient, don’t eat/use it.”
“If its advertised on t.v… you probably shouldn’t be eating it.”
_____
I would first like to note
that shopping at local farm’s and market’s are always my first option
because the food is the freshest
and we are buying almost directly from the farmer.
Also, if you don’t live in a city
and Costco or Trader Joe’s doesn’t exist in your town,
I highly suggest stocking up at either store when you are in a city.
A tub of organic coconut oil from Costco can last 1-3 months,
depending on how often you use it!
The following list
contains my favorite organic product’s at the lowest prices possible.
