I am thoroughly enjoying my life in Arizona so far…

I love the warm nights,

sunrises at 6am (which I can never seem to get up for),

going to Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s or Target or a cupcake store

whenever I feel like it simply because I feel like it,

but above all,

I love that it feels so right,

so perfect.

Not that my life is perfect,

but rather,

all of life’s events have aligned in the most perfect order

to lead me to this new life in Arizona.

As I was so determined to get the “perfect portrait” of Eden and her big sister,

(their mom is a photographer!!!! no pressure.)

Eden fell into the creek.

In that moment I was forced to release the notion of a “perfect portrait”

and simply capture the perfection of being a child.
