Slide Rock with Malcolm

Malcolm has been living in Arizona for 10 months now
and this was his first visit to Sedona!!!
I was happy to bring him to a few of my favorites spots…..
including my favorite vegan restaurant!
For this paleo man (hello, he’s wearing a POLIQUIN t-shirt!!! (google it))
I am always proud of him for having a veggie-only meal haha.

Then we went to Slide Rock!

Sliding down this natural slide was pretty awesome….
but next time I need to wear shorts so my behind doesn’t get scraped up!
