Nine years ago I had a dream my dad died.
The morning after, i told my mom of my dream.
A gasp escaped from her jaw dropped mouth,
as she replied, “i did too.”
A couple months later, my dad was traveling to work,
crossed the center lane and hit a logging truck,
dying instantly.
Last year, Malcolm and I were deciding to go on a vacation
when he suggested a cruise.
I have never been on a cruise so i happily agreed it was a good idea
and we started to research when and where.
About a month later,
i had a dream of large waves capsizing a cruise ship.
I woke up terrified of the idea of being in the middle of the ocean
after tsunamis have been in the news more often lately.
One day after my dream,
a rogue wave (33 feet) hit a a cruise ship in the Mediterranean
and killed two people.
Needless to say, the cruise ship shopping fizzled.
Almost two years ago,
I had a vivid dream of an airliner crashing.
It was so real and so clear I knew it meant something.
Each day after my dream, i awaited the dreadful news.
That news came three days after my dream:
An AirFrance plane departed Brazil carrying 228 people
and a few hours later, disappeared over the Atlantic.
Last week
I dreamt my friend who has been trying to conceive was pregnant.
I texted her the next morning asking if she were….nope.
I thought my dream was off
until yesterday she found out she is indeed pregnant!!!!
I AM tapped into the Universe,
whether i want to believe it or not.
