Lately my life has been bombarded with wedding cake,
cupcakes,
and the Jampot muffins.
Since I can’t partake in all that goodness
and especially since I just had a dream about wedding cake,
I woke up this morning
and concocted some delicious gluten-free blueberry banana muffins.
All without the use of measuring cups or spoons!
That was my proud moment of the day…or the entire year.
While vacationing in Cape Cod,
I picked up these moccasins at a flea market for a few dollars!
I have been eyeing a similar Minnetonka pair for more than $50
so you could imagine the smile on my face that day:)
