Kelly thought they were having another “just because” photo session
like last month’s in Cape Cod,
but this time on the shores of Lake Superior….
but my brother Cole had other plans….

About 3 years ago, long before Cole and Kelly met,
Kelly was shopping with her mom when she saw this little gift box and jokingly said,
“when I get engaged, my fiance is going to use this little box.”
Unbeknownst to Kelly,
her mom secretly bought the gift box and hid it
until Cole asked her parents if he could marry her!!
What’s crazier, is Cole managed to hide the gift box with the ring inside
throughout their 24 hour car ride from Boston to Michigan,
even with Kelly’s snooping hahahha!

Cole drew the design of Kelly’s ring, then had E.Scott Originals, a local Boston artist craft it!
