Double Exposure

Before every wedding day,
I make a few goals for myself.
I find that this keeps me always learning, always growing,
which is so so so important in the creative industry.

I recently learned about the double exposure feature in the Canon 5d Mark3.
I have had this camera for a while now,
but continue to learn amazing things about it!!!
This week was the first week experimenting with double exposures,
so my goal for my most recent wedding was to take a double exposure in-camera on the wedding day.
(my other goal was to take a few film images and didn’t have time for it:(

On this specific wedding day, the videographer took charge for a few minutes
so I was put in the position of a “second shooter.”
I was able to play around and explore fun angles
so that’s when I decided it was the perfect time to snap a double exposure.
Now, I honestly only had maybe 1-2 minutes,
so I only took two frames (which created the double exposure)….
which is why I am fine with the outcome.
If I had 10 minutes to create this image, I would be a lot more critical haha.
