film film film

The last time I shot a roll of film with my “new” Canon 1n,
half of the photos were overexposed,
so i decided to try again.
If it didn’t cost me about $13 per roll after developing,
i would be shooting it a lot more.
Thankfully
I succeeded with the exposure of each image on the new roll,
except the colors are weird in a few,
so i converted them to black and white,
along with a few other photos that are more powerful as black and white versus color.
I used my Canon 1n camera
85mm 1.8 lens
50mm 1.4 lens
Fuji color film

notice the white edges at the bottom?
ahhh the gloriousness of film!
I love the shades of film,
that’s why i think the following images look best in black and white:

With a few frames left on the roll,
I had the pleasure of Camryn as my subject:)
I get to take more photos of her tomorrow with her mom and dad!

Her features are so adorable, very similar to Cindy Lou Who!

It’s funny how hard i try sometimes to get a digital image to look like this film photo-
the colors are so beautiful and precise:
haha a little apprehensive….

I was trying to get a photo of her curls……
but she was too fast!!!
On the last frame i (kind of) got her curls:
