My “Vacation” Week

Last week, some of my family from Michigan
visited Arizona for the first time!
I was so happy to show them a good time in the heat of Phoenix
then introduce them to Sedona!

We had a week of competitions….
tennis, volleyball, basketball, golf, made-up sports with made-up rules,
and breath-holding competitions
(but that doesn’t really count
because no one would compete against me…
maybe they were intimidated)

I was SOOOO excited to submerge my feet in “real” water!!!!!!
omg. it felt amazing.

We were a group of gluten-free, vegan, paleo, organic eaters,
