Thanksgiving happened to be the same week as my self-vacation,
so i decided to visit the animals at the Zoo!
(this is my third thanksgiving spent away from home
so it didnt phase me that i was spending a holiday alone.)
It was the perfect day to do so because it was as if the Zoo was closed just for me!
I only saw three other people walking around!
For the past 15 years since i have been to a zoo,
I have only seen deer, moose, raccoons, horses, and squirrels,
so to be able to see lions, tigers, and jaguars was very exciting,
probably more exciting than when i was a kid!!!
I loved every minute of my day
and i definitely plan on visiting my new friends many times this winter!
