Last month,
my brother Cole and his girlfriend Kelly took me out to Cape Cod for a weekend…..
like everywhere I visit,
I fell in love.
Because its a summer-beach town,
it really felt like I was coming home for the summer,
even though my home in Michigan is far from Massachusetts!
It’s not even about the beach;
the Atlantic Ocean resembles Lake Superior in this first image,
but rather, it’s the entire feeling and essence of the Cape.
So if any place makes you feel like “home,”
you know you have found a favorite travel destination
or even a future home!
Between shopping at flea markets and thrift stores,
relaxing with a huge bag of kettle popcorn,
and taking in long gulps of the salty air,
we found an evening to take a few photos at the beach:)
